		<description>Hi Mari!

I'm so with you on the "no competition" thing!

There's no competition because there is abundance in the world.

I believe that's easy to see from Nature and how abundant It is in everything from forests to air.

By the way, I missed the calls!

ARGH! Is it recorded Mari?

To CANI,

<description>Just a quick note to thank you for your participation in last week's telecall series.

Ever since diving into the social media world last year to promote my books, workshops and coaching, I've favored MySpace over Facebook, largely because I felt overwhelmed by FB's interface and apps. Since your presentation, though, I've begun to beef up my neglected FB profile.

MySpace is still an important part of my online strategy (there, I'm able to friend libraries and bookstores, for example), but Facebook is now on a more equal footing, thanks to you.

		<description>Mari,
I listened to today's seminar with you and Adam Urbanski, and I was blown away. I totally have a better handle on the reason to use facebook now. I signed up for your 7 day course and am really looking forward to getting going.

As far as women in marketing, I think things are changing much for the better. Most of my mentors are women, and I feel so much more comfortable that the field is not dominated by testosterone.

All the best,

		<description>Mari,

Great points...

And to echo, Adam's comments, If only we could clone the half-man, half-woman marketer?

A kinder, more gentle... yet highly competitive selling machine.

I agree and disagree about competition.

As a guy and life-long athlete, competition is hard-wired in my DNA.

So true about having a healthy perspective on competition. Only I can offer my unique talents, skills, and insights to my clients. However,I'm constantly competing with myself to improve, get better, to grow, and offer more value to the clients I serve.

It's so great to have you,Coach Deb, Patsi and Denise of The Blog Squad, and Nancy around to give all of us clueless, competitive guys some perspective.
